General issues and user settings

1. How to update my account information
Account information can be updated both in the Website and in the App.

Website:
a. Log in the Website
b. In the top-right corner, click in your name to see your subscription options
c. Click in the option “Your Profile”
d. Click in “Edit My Profile”
Here you can manage your personal information and photo

App:
a. Logged in the App access the “Profile” menu in the Menu Bar
b. Click in the pencil icon near to the photo
Here you can see your profile information.

2. How to reset my password
If you already have an account by can not remember your password, we can
help you. In the login popup, below the field password, you can find a link “Forgot
Password”. Access this option, insert the email address of your DreamWise
account and an email will be sent to you with the recovery procedure.

According to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, users’ can get access, be informed, rectify, or ask for deletion of user data by sending an e-mail from the e-mail account that owns the DreamWise account to: systems@dreamwise.com.

The e-mail must include the following subject and identify the intended right and the DreamWise account.
