Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice
Last Updated: January 23, 2026
This Policy forms part of the DreamWise Terms of Use and should be read together with our full set of governing documents, including our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refunds & Returns Policy. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all applicable DreamWise policies.
This Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice ("Privacy Policy") explains how DreamWise, LLC ("DreamWise," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access or use our websites, mobile applications, online store, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy, data handling, or security practices of any thirdparty websites, applications, or services that may be accessed through links, integrations, or features within our Services. Any information you provide to such third parties is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms, which we strongly encourage you to review independently.
1. Official Language; Translations
This Privacy Policy may be translated for convenience (including through automatic browser or website translation tools). DreamWise provides the official version of this Privacy Policy in English. If any translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls to the maximum extent permitted by law.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide to us, (b) information collected automatically when you use the Services, and (c) information we receive from third parties (such as app stores, payment processors, and social login providers).
2.1 Information you provide
- Account and profile information (such as name, email address, login credentials, and any profile details you choose to provide).
- Content you submit in the Services, including notes, reflections, and other information you choose to save or share.
- Purchases and fulfillment information (such as billing address, shipping address, items purchased, and order history).
- Session and mentorship information (such as scheduling details, communications, and information you choose to share during sessions).
- If a session is recorded with your consent (or as otherwise permitted by law with notice), audio/video and related transcripts or notes.
- Customer support communications (such as emails, messages, and troubleshooting information).
- Newsletter sign-ups and marketing preferences.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information (such as device type, operating system, browser type, and language settings).
- Log and usage information (such as pages/screens viewed, features used, timestamps, and referring URLs).
- Identifiers such as IP address and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Cookie and similar technology data (see Section 5).
2.3 Information from third parties
- App stores (such as Apple App Store and Google Play) may provide subscription status and purchase confirmations.
- Payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) may provide payment confirmation and limited transaction details. We generally do not receive or store your full payment card number.
- Storefront and commerce platforms (such as Shopify) may provide order, shipping, and customer account information.
- If you choose to log in using a third-party account or social platform (such as Apple, Google, or Facebook), we may receive an identifier or handle from that provider, subject to your settings with that provider.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate DreamWise and provide the Services, including to:
- Create and manage accounts and provide access to the Services.
- Deliver digital content, process purchases, and fulfill physical product shipments.
- Schedule and provide sessions, mentorships, retreats, and related communications.
- Personalize and tailor your experience (for example, by matching users to modules or programs).
- Provide customer support and respond to requests, questions, and feedback.
- Send transactional communications (such as receipts, confirmations, service announcements, and security notices).

- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3.1 AI and automated insights (if enabled)
If the Services include AI-enabled or automated insight features, those features process the information you submit (and related usage information) to generate outputs for informational purposes. DreamWise does not use solely automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
If we use vendors to support these features (for example, hosting, security, or processing providers), they act as service providers under contract.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data only when we have a valid legal basis, including:
- Performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request, process orders, and manage accounts).
- Legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve our Services; prevent fraud; and communicate with you about our Services).
- Consent (for certain cookies, marketing communications, or other processing where required). You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") to operate and improve the Services. Cookies may be set by us and by third parties that support the Services.
We use cookies for the following purposes:

6.1 Testimonials and public content
If you submit a review, testimonial, or other content intended to be public, we may display it as permitted by our Terms of Use and your settings. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in public reviews.
6.2 Sale of personal information
DreamWise does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define "sale" or "share" broadly (including certain disclosures for targeted advertising). Where applicable, you can opt out of targeted advertising through cookie settings and applicable opt-out mechanisms.

If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws.
