Return and Refund Policy

At DreamWise LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”), we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds.

This Return and Refund Policy forms part of the DreamWise Terms of Use and should be read together with our full set of governing documents, including our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all applicable DreamWise policies.

1. General Policy

Returns and exchanges for products and services offered through DreamWise.com are accepted only in accordance with this policy. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us at concierge@dreamwise.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Your request must include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving any refund or exchange.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except as expressly stated below:

  • Custom or bespoke items, including but not limited to personalized products and custom jewelry

These items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue.


  • Mentoring or consulting sessions

All mentoring sessions are non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to no-shows, cancellations, or dissatisfaction.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. If approved:

  • We will provide instructions for return or replacement.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by DreamWise solely for defective or incorrect items.


5. Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered return shipments.


7. Refusal of Returns

DreamWise reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items:

  • Show signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Are missing original packaging or components.
  • Are returned outside the permitted return window.
  • Do not otherwise meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
